Transducer Mounting Advice:

1. Weld stud + glue combination — mounted with a stud gun. Weld a stainless stud to the tank bottom with a stud gun, then screw the transducer on, for extra durability in long-term continuous operation.
2. Glue-on — no welding needed. Grind to bare metal, spread epoxy evenly on the transducer bottom, press firmly in place. Cure 24–36 hours at room temperature; do not power on until fully cured.

Note: Epoxy adhesive is an essential step — it bonds the transducer firmly to the tank bottom and ensures full metal-to-metal contact with no air gap, for reliable ultrasonic coupling.

1. Digital Ultrasonic DIY Kit
1 main digital control board + multiple slave mechanical control boards.
Requires a digital display panel; operation via panel buttons + external physical switches.
Can be rewired with jumper wires for direct switch control if needed.

2. Mechanical Ultrasonic DIY Kit
1 main mechanical control board + multiple slave mechanical control boards.
No digital display needed. It can be wired directly to a power switch for on/off operation.

Wiring & Safety Notes:

1. Polarity: middle pin is positive (+), side pins are negative (–). Connect all positive terminals together and all negative terminals together strictly.
2. Never power the driver board without load.
3. After installation, do not run more than 1 minute without cleaning fluid in the tank.
