Transducer Installation Advice:
1. Welding plus adhesive: Spot-weld the transducer first, then seal the edges with epoxy glue for extra reinforcement. This combination resists long-term ultrasonic vibration without peeling.
2. Glue only (no welding): Grind off all paint completely to expose bare metal on the tank wall. Spread epoxy evenly, press the transducer tightly in place. Let it cure naturally at room temperature for 24–36 hours. Do not power on the machine until the adhesive is fully hardened, to avoid the transducer falling off from vibration.
Note: Polarity rule for transducers: the middle pin is positive (+), and the two side pins are negative (-). Please connect positive terminals together and negative terminals together strictly.
