Precision cleaning is defined by Miniaturization (e.g., wafers, chips, micro-blind holes < 0.1mm) and Low Particle Residue (invisible to the naked eye).

Yunyisonic YL Series Recommendations:
• 200kHz: Dedicated for semiconductor wafers, silicon, and chips.
• 80kHz / 120kHz: Ideal for micro/nano blind holes, high-end optical lenses, and sensitive electronic components.

Higher frequencies produce smaller, denser cavitation bubbles with high penetration, ensuring cleaning without damaging fragile structures.

Based on our YL Series switchable configurations (Single/Dual/Triple/Quad), we recommend:

The Manual oxy-acetylene welding process is specifically used for low-frequency units to withstand the intense cavitation energy generated by high-power transducers.

Our YL Series is equipped with advanced functions to enhance experimental accuracy:

  • Sweep Mode: Automatically sweeps ±1kHz around the main frequency to eliminate standing waves and ensure every transducer operates at peak efficiency.
  • Degas Mode: Uses pulse intervals (e.g., 5s on/off) to remove dissolved air and chlorine from reagents, crucial for HPLC and lab preparations.
  • Pulse Mode: Cycles power from 100% to 0% repeatedly, creating a "blasting" effect to remove tough or baked-on residues.

The difference lies in the Full-Bridge Separately Excited PCB vs. cheap self-excited boards:

  1. Visualized Data: Our interface shows real-time Power, Frequency, and Current—essential for recording experimental data.
  2. High Power Density: We maintain a standard ≥ 0.3W/cm². Power Density = Output Power (W) / Radiation Area (cm²)
  3. Low-Noise Design: Advanced acoustic insulation keeps 68kHz+ units under 80dB, compared to 110dB+ in standard models.
  4. Reliability: Industrial-grade components ensure a near-zero failure rate even under heavy lab workloads.

Beaker Matching:
• Beaker ≤ 500mL → 3.2L to 6.5L Tank.
• Beaker ≥ 800mL → 10L to 30L Tank (10L is the most popular choice for lab efficiency).

Temperature Management:
Ultrasonic vibration naturally generates heat. While our YL series supports up to 80°C, cavitation effectiveness drops significantly above 80°C. Industry leaders like Branson and Elma also stop activity above 72°C for this reason. To maintain low temperatures, we recommend using ice packs or a cooling condensation system.

If the specific model is currently out of stock, the standard production lead times are as follows:

  • 28kHz - 200kHz (Single, Dual, Triple, or Quad frequency): 3 - 5 business days for shipping.
  • Low Frequency (17kHz, 20kHz, and 25kHz): 14 - 20 business days for shipping.

Frequency determines the wavelength and the intensity of bubble collapse:

Wavelength (λ) = 1,450,000 (mm/s) / Frequency (Hz)
  • 20kHz (λ ≈ 72.5mm): Large bubbles, brute force. Best for heavy rust/oil. Feel: Strong vibration.
  • 40kHz (λ ≈ 36.2mm): Universal frequency. Best for general labware. Feel: Gentle tingling.
  • 120kHz (λ ≈ 12.0mm): Micro bubbles, high penetration. Best for nano-scale work. Feel: Deep vibration felt in the bone.
