Engineered for semiconductor fabs and clean-rooms, this 22 L planner supports wafer cassette cleaning with 80 kHz degreasing followed by 120 kHz nanocontaminant removal from blind holes and slits. Sixteen 50 W transducers (800 W total) deliver adjustable ultrasonic energy; vacuum-grade degas cycles prep ultrapure water; sweep mode distributes cavitation evenly. Digital temperature/timer control and low outgassing construction meet ISO 14644-1 requirements.
