Wiring Instructions for Digital Ultrasonic Generator
- Power Input (AC 110V/220V):
Connect the power cord to the marked AC input terminal. Ensure correct voltage matching (check label). - Transducer Output Port:
Connect the ultrasonic transducer pack, vibrating plate, or vibrating bar using the output terminal (usually aviation plug or screw terminal). - Grounding (GND):
The generator must be properly grounded to prevent electrical leakage and ensure safety. Connect the grounding wire to the marked grounding point. - Remote Control Port (Optional):
If your system includes PLC or remote control, use the dedicated terminal (usually DB9 or aviation plug) to connect remote ON/OFF, frequency, or power adjustment controls. - Cooling Ventilation:
Keep all side vents unobstructed to ensure airflow. Do not place the generator in a sealed space.
