– Duty Cycle & Heat Dissipation
Our industrial supporting generator supports long duty cycle operation. To protect internal vibrators and wiring from overheating, we suggest intermittent cooling pause after prolonged running (minimum 3 mins break for heat dissipation).
– Liquid must fully cover transducer plate/rod; dry startup is forbidden.
– Keep workpieces ≥2mm away from vibrator surface for stable cleaning effect.
– Only mild water-soluble detergent allowed; strong acid/alkali is prohibited.
– Avoid liquid splashing on supporting generator & control panel.
– Voltage & plug mismatch damage is not covered by warranty; multiple regional plugs optional.
– Ultrasonic buzzing noise during work is normal.
– Import duties & local taxes are buyer’s expense.
